Have you ever used Loom? Loom is a fabulous tool to help delegate tasks.
You can record doing a task or showing a process. The recipient can then watch it, save it on file for reference and are then able to take on the task without lengthy meetings. They can even watch at 1.6 x speed! Saving time, money and making us incredibly efficient at onboarding new projects.
It is a great resource within your teams when you don’t have time for a meeting and a call and walkthrough. Definitely worth checking out the free version if you haven’t seen it before.
